Grilled Pork T-Bones With BBQ Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork T-bone steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat

Season the pork T-bones with salt and pepper

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and fresh parsley to create the BBQ butter
