Bacon Blue Cheese Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato slices for topping
Instructions:
Warm up the grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
Mix the ground beef and season it with salt and pepper
Shape it into 4 equal patties
Fry bacon slices in a pan until they are crispy
Drain them on paper towels
Grill the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them
Put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl and mix them together to make a sauce
Add blue cheese crumbles to each burger just before it's done grilling and cover to melt the cheese
Grill burger buns until they get a little brown
Put together the burgers by putting sauce on the bottom bun and then adding lettuce, a blue cheese burger patty, bacon, and tomato slices
Put the other half of the bun on top
Enjoy your Bacon Blue Cheese Burger while it's still hot!
