Lemon-Thyme Chicken Thighs
A tasty and simple Paleo dish, these lemon-thyme chicken thighs are ideal for a weeknight supper. Garlic, aromatic thyme, and fresh lemon give the chicken a punch of flavor that is both zesty and herbaceous. Moreover, it is Paleo and grain-free, fitting a variety of dietary requirements.
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven's temperature to 400F, or 200C
Olive oil, minced garlic, thyme leaves, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a small bowl
After putting the chicken thighs in a baking dish, cover them evenly with the lemon-thyme mixture
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has a golden brown color, in a preheated oven
