hope you are all well! i've been featured over at Faces of Beauty ♥ if you haven't heard of or seen the site, go over and check it out know - it's such an inspiration to all women, and is a great way of reminding yourself what true beauty really means.
here's a few shots of my latest eats:
♥ cinnamon roast peaches. yum. literally halve peaches and put them in a roasting tray with some butter and a sprinkle of cinnamon. cover with foil and cook for 25-30 mins at a medium heat. serve hot, straight from the oven, with creme fraiche or yoghurt. enjoy!
♥ vegetable spring rolls (unfortunately not homemade) - with spring greens, red onion and garlic. simple but filling and tasty.
♥ sweet potato chocolate pudding. i'm not going to lie - this was a disaster. it looks and sounds promising but i found it way too sweet, and the combo doesn't really work for me... i'll stick with melted dark chocolate with fresh strawberries and cream in the future.
♥ emmental and german black forest ham salad - great ingredients = v. enjoyable lunch.
♥ blueberry bake - this was a little naughtiness to begin a very busy day. it was very naughty. in fact, i don't think i can repeat the ingredients list - suffice to say, it was sweet and white and had fresh blueberries in to make me think it was ok. but everyone loved it, and my spoonful went down really well :)
i'm heading away for the weekend, so i wish you all a very blessed few days with much good food, company and conversation :)
